Nijmegen is the oldest city of the Netherlands with breath taking beautiful parts. Because it is the oldest city it has a vibrant and great history. We have ancient Greek ruïns and monuments which memorialize the war. Next to ancient history Nijmegen is also 'hip and happening' because of the constant flow of international students. This combination makes Nijmegen the most wonderful city to live in and to visit. 
Nijmegen is alive and kicking, there are always beautiful things to see and to do and awesome places to sleep. 

On this page we give you info about what you can do, where to sleep or where to have a bite and a drink.

Where is Waldo Tour

You've probably heard of the searching game Where is Waldo. In Dutch the game is called: 'Waar is Wally?' In Nijmegen there are 25 Waldo's hidden in different places. During this tour you will go looking for Waldo's with help of directions and hints ofcourse. But that is not all, you are also going to visit the most beautiful and historic places of Nijmegen. 

This tour is for everyone, whether you are living in Nijmegen for your whole life or just set foot in our town, you are ensured you will learn a lot about Nijmegen, 

In less then 2 hours you will visit the most beautiful places, find a lot of Waldo's and get to know Nijmegen and your fellow dancers. Afterwards we will grab a bite together in one of the nice places Nijmegen has to offer. 

If you want to join this cool and free tour, make sure you are in front of our Friday & Sunday party venue: De Waagh, Grote Markt 26. at 17:00. Start of the tour 17:15
It is a 20 minute walk from the workshop venue to De Waagh.

Transport

In Nijmegen it is easy to transport yourself by bike, as it is everywhere in the Netherlands. Some hotels rent out bikes. There are a lot of places in Nijmegen where you can rent a bike. Check out one of these sites for more info.

If you are travelling by car, the easiest places to park are:
Het Danslokaal: there is a parking lot around the corner. Check out this page for the pictures and route.
